Third Annual Kiss A Pig Gala Promotional Materials

In the 1920’s the first Academy Awards took place and the first source of insulin to fight diabetes was derived from the pancreas of a pig. That’s how “Hooray For Hoggywood” was born. The brightest stars in the Fayetteville, Arkansas community (business owners, teachers, community leaders) were asked to raise donations for the event. The person who raised the most money earned the honor of kissing a live pig to thank it for saving lives. A variety of promotional materials were used in creating this fund raising event.
